Nice to have features of Adsense Ready Sites?

I sat down a while back and did some thinking (Indeed! LOL)

What if you can get sites with the following features....

- Each site should be designed with ONE specific objective in mind -- to draw Your visitors in and keep them there until they leave -- using an ad.

- Each site should contain features that keeps the visitors coming back to click on Your ads.

- Each site should contain features to help You rank high in the search engines for given keywords.

- Each site should be based on a carefully researched, profitable niche, and contains highly targeted article content.

- Each site should come with top quality graphics, relevant to the topic.

- Each site should come with a spam proofed comment area to interact with You and others.

- Each sites should come with an automatic reciprocal link system and a easy to use back office.

- Each site should come with an additional source of income, like support for Amazon Affiliate Links included.

- Each site should comes with RSS news feeds that help keep the content unique and up to date.

Whouldn't that be nice?
